The first footage from the upcoming film was shown at CinemaCon earlier this week, and the storyline will follow the events of the first film. After Michael is shot, he is recommitted to a hospital. Laurie has spent her life on guard, knowing he will one day break out again and come after her.
The trailer is rumored to be released online today.
